Shipping Policy 

Luxe Beauty Collection processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. 

All delivery timeframes outlined below are subject to change based on carrier capacity. Luxe Beauty Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. 

U.S. Shipping 

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $11.99 

*Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days): $50.00 

Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM HST Monday-Friday in order to ship out same day. 

*Available depending on delivery address 

International Shipping 

Canada and Mexico Shipping: $25 

Delivery timeframes are subject to change based on carrier capacity and can take 10+ days to arrive. 

Europe Shipping: $99+ depending on shipping address 

Delivery timeframes are subject to change based on carrier capacity and destination country. Borboleta Beauty currently only ships to the following European countries: Portugal, United Kingdom & Ireland. 

International Customs & Lost Orders: 

Luxe Beauty Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Luxe Beauty Collection is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned. 

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. 

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. 

Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order. 

Track Your Order 

Luxe Beauty Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Borboleta is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned. 

Product Availability 

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.  

Return Policy 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please see below for specific policies to determine if your product is eligible for return, as some of our products have individual return policies. Always have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products. 

Facemasks and any other opened or used products are not available for return due to health considerations. 

If you are unhappy with unopened and unused products and wish to return, contact Client Relations within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected to ensure the products were not used or tampered with. Please have your order number and product ready and available when contacting Client Relations. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. 

Defective Products 

In the unlikely event there you receive a defective product, please contact Client Relations within 60-days from delivery for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product, please have your order number available for Client Relations. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided. 

Adhesives 

We do not recommend stocking up on adhesives. Adhesives are guaranteed for 30 days after opening. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your adhesive with any concerns for adhesive opened within 60-days and we will refund or replace your adhesive.
